A 360 campaign for Block’s Inclusion & Diversity Day, 2023.
From an internal website to designing swag for a photo contest, this project encapsulated a bold identity, collaborative effort and good amount of playfulness.
Two versions of a full site for Block’s employees
The head of I&D wanted a way for employees to see event information a month ahead of the event, but needed to hold off on some items until the day of. My solution was a pre-event page and a day-of event page that could quickly be updated on the morning of I&D Day.
I created an interactive page using our customized CSS platform, Contentful, that included what employees had to look forward to for the pre-event page, including information on the speakers and participants, sessions sign-ups, as well as a call-to-action to pre-order the event swag. Pre-filmed videos with the speakers, redirection to evergreen info pages, and the winner of the photo contest the swag were updated on the morning of I&D Day.

The Swag
The tote design was a surprise until the day-of event page launch on the morning of I&D Day. Taking pre-orders allowed us to reduce waste and order the right quantity we needed. The design for the tote had to be cohesive with the event pages. I created three concepts for my client to choose from.
