I wanted the hero of this project to reflect the diverse women working at Block. International Women’s Day is about empowering women, lifting each other up and having the right allies for support. Created in Procreate, I illustrated a group of women holding up the letters “women,” as well as other women. From this, I created multiple versions to be used across different platforms and for a variety of purposes. I launched this campaign with a third party platform called Brandlive, as well as our internal forum and across our social media platforms.
